Wiesbaden, October 15, 2025 — Bare.ID has expanded its Identity & Access Management (IAM) platform with an AI function that enables users to manage smartly and thus helps to ensure a high level of security in the company. Administrators of IAM solutions traditionally invest a lot of time and nerves in manual troubleshooting, role management, and compliance checks, which they lack for more strategic tasks. In addition, manual effort is an additional source of error. The use of AI makes identity & access management more intelligent — and therefore even more secure and efficient.

What does the new AI feature offer?

Bare.ID is expanding its existing platform with a powerful AI feature that offers companies even more flexibility and control. The focus is initially on the free choice of AI tools: Customers can decide for themselves whether to use ChatGPT, Gemini, Microsoft Copilot or their own sovereign models. This gives you full freedom of choice to integrate exactly the AI tool that is ideally suited to the individual IT landscape.

Another central component of the innovation is fine-grained data and rights management. Administrators can specify precisely what information an AI is actually allowed to view — from anonymized user statistics to sensitive authentication data. This not only strengthens data security, but also makes it easier to comply with internal compliance requirements.

The new AI feature is rounded off by the Smart Admin Experience: More automation and intuitive recommendations support system administrators in their daily work and noticeably relieve them. Complemented by advanced insights in identity and access management, this creates a new level of quality in managing and controlling complex IT environments.
